How do I list a vehicle on CarVinMarket?

Create or log in to your CarVinMarket account, choose a vehicle listing plan, and submit your vehicle details, photos and required information. New sellers can receive a one-time 14-day free trial, subject to the platform’s trial validation rules.

How do dealership accounts work?

Dealership accounts are designed for sellers managing multiple vehicle listings. Prime Dealer subscriptions can include premium marketplace benefits such as homepage exposure and access to VIN verification features, depending on the selected plan.

How does vehicle verification work?

Eligible Premium Gold and Prime Dealer listings can be submitted for VIN verification through FirstCheck. If the vehicle passes the required verification checks, a Verified badge and report can be added to the listing. If it does not pass, the listing can remain active under its subscription badge without the Verified badge.

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your vehicle or vehicle-parts subscription through your CarVinMarket account. The platform supports multiple membership levels for vehicle listings and separate subscription options for vehicle parts.

How can I report an issue with a listing?

Contact the CarVinMarket support team and include as much information as possible, such as the listing details, seller information and a description of the issue. This will help the team review the listing and assist you more efficiently.

Can I buy vehicle parts on CarVinMarket?

Yes. CarVinMarket includes a dedicated vehicle-parts marketplace where sellers can advertise automotive parts and customers can browse available products. Vehicle-parts listings also have their own subscription options.

Can I purchase additional automotive services?

Yes. CarVinMarket is designed to connect users with additional services such as vehicle insurance, finance, extended warranties, roadside assistance, inspections and VIN verification through selected service partners.

What payment methods will CarVinMarket support?
